173rd Airborne Brigade Association

The 173rd Airborne Brigade Association is an organization that is dedicated to keeping the unique bond that exists between Sky Soldiers alive. They provide support through our national organization and local chapters, as well as scholarship opportunities to their members who currently serve in the 173rd and to spouses and children of the deceased.





1st Marine Division Association

The 1st Marine Division Association is a nationwide community network specifically available to those who served directly with or were attached in a supporting role to the 1st Marine Division. The association holds regular events and offers scholarships to dependents of deceased, missing in action, or 100% permanently disabled veterans of service with the 1st Marine Division to further their education towards a bachelor's degree.





3rd Marine Division Association

The Third Marine Division Association is committed to keeping their brotherhood alive. They are an exclusive organization to those who have honorably served with or were attached in support of The Third Marine Division.





Ability360

Ability360 offers and promotes programs designed to empower people with disabilities to take personal responsibility so that they may achieve or continue independent lifestyles within the community.





Accenture

Leadership, discipline, organization and teamwork are some of the areas in which military experience directly applies to Accenture's work. Accenture is committed to supporting the transition from military to civilian work. They provide skills translation, mentoring and training programs to ensure a successful career with Accenture post service or while still serving in the Reserves/National Guard.

ADS provides industry-leading equipment and services, streamlined procurement, and value added services solutions to all DOD, Federal, State, and Local Agencies in support of homeland defense and homeland security operations. ADS is committed to hiring and training ADS team members from within the military community.





Advanced Technology Services

Advanced Technology Services’ (ATS), a leader in factory maintenance and IT services, support for veterans, National Guard and Reservists has not gone unnoticed. AECOM values the unique training and experience military veterans bring to our teams. They currently employ more than nine thousand veterans on projects across the United States and around the world. They provide services to more than 20 agencies of the U.S. federal government, including the Department of Defense, NASA, the Department of Energy, the Department of Homeland Security and intelligence agencies.






AFCEA awards Merit-based scholarships of varying amounts to persons on active duty in the uniformed military services, to honorably discharged U.S. military veterans (including Reservists and National Guard personnel) who are currently enrolled and attending classes part time or full time in an eligible STEM major degree program at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S (see eligibility section paragraph 4 for list of acceptable STEM majors).





Air Force Association

The Air Force Association (AFA) is a non-profit, independent, professional military and aerospace education association promoting public understanding of aerospace power and the pivotal role it plays in the security of the nation. AFA also presents scholarships and grants to Air Force active duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve members and their dependents; and awards educator grants to promote science and math education at the elementary and secondary school level.





Air Force Sergeants Association

The Air Force Sergeants Association represents its 100,000 members by advocating for their interests to America’s elected and military leaders. As a federally-chartered Veteran Service Organization, AFSA is able to lobby on Capitol Hill on behalf of its members. They advocate for improved quality of life and economic fairness that will support the well-being of the Total Air Force (Air Force Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve Command) enlisted personnel and their families.

American Legion Auxiliary

The mission of the American Legion Auxiliary is to support The American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families, both at home and abroad. They also advocate for veterans, educate citizens, mentor youth, promote patriotism and good citizenship, peace and security.





American Service Animal Society

Arizona Service Only
Arizona Service Animal Society (ASAS) helps disabled veterans train their own dog to be their service dog. If the veteran does not have a dog, then ASAS will help them find the appropriate dog for their needs and lifestyle either through shelters, rescues or breeders. The veteran’s dog must meet specific requirements to enter into the training program, but age is not a requirement.





America's VetDogs

America's VetDogs provides guide dogs for veterans who are blind, service dogs for veterans with disabilities, and physical and occupational dogs to work with amputees in military and VA hospitals.






Amtrak has a long history of providing career opportunities to veterans as well as active military members. Amtrak values the leadership, reliability and dedication that the armed forces bring to their team. Veterans’ ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, their dedication and focus to safety and the experience gained while on military duty directly relates to a variety of operational and non-operational career opportunities at Amtrak.






As one of America’s leading veterans service organizations, AMVETS (or American Veterans) has a proud history of assisting veterans and sponsoring numerous programs that serve our country and its citizens. Membership in AMVETS is open to anyone who is currently serving, or who has honorably served, in the U.S. Armed Forces from World War II to the present, to include the National Guard and Reserves.

Arizona Animal Welfare League is dedicated to providing service canines to our warriors suffering from post-traumatic stress. Their Project 22 program empowers warriors to return to civilian life with dignity and independence.





Arizona Coalition for Military Families (ACMF)

The Arizona Coalition for Military Families is a nationally-recognized public/private partnership focused on building Arizona’s statewide capacity to care for and support all service members, veterans and their families. Through the partnership of our public and private sector key stakeholders, the Arizona Coalition for Military Families is pleased to provide training and technical assistance to military, government and community organizations, in support of their efforts to serve service members, veterans & their families.





Arizona Elk Society - Hunts for Heros

The Arizona Elk Society 'Hunts for Heroes' program provides hunting opportunities in Arizona for returning military veterans who have been left with a disability while in the service of the Nation’s military.

The AZ Legislature Caucus meets once a month in Senate Caucus Room #1 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch is provided by a sponsor.
